Automotive Locksmith Services, Residential Locksmith Services, Commercial Locksmith Services, Emergency Lockout Services, Rekey Services, Lock Repair and Replacement, Car Key Replacement and Programming, Ignition Repair and Replacement, Security Hardware Installation.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by phone, text message, email, website, or any other form of communication is an estimate only. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle, lock type, labor, materials, location, and complexity of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.

5. Customer Verification

Customers may be asked to provide identification, proof of ownership, proof of residency, vehicle registration, or other documentation necessary to verify authorization.

6. Warranty

Swift Locksmith LLC provides a limited warranty of ninety (90) days on labor and eligible parts installed by the locksmith. The warranty excludes misuse, negligence, vandalism, accidents, normal wear and tear, customer-supplied parts, environmental damage, and unauthorized modifications.

7. Refund Policy

All completed locksmith services are final. Refunds are generally not available. Defective parts covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Swift Locksmith LLC.

8. Service Call Fees

A service call fee may apply for travel, diagnostics, arrival at the service location, and on-site evaluation. Fees may apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended service.

9. Appointment Cancellations

If the locksmith has already begun traveling to the service location or has arrived on-site, a service call fee may still apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

Swift Locksmith LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to use the website unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with functionality, or attempt unauthorized access.
